My leadership journey began when I was presented with an opportunity to relocate from The Woodlands, Texas to Denver, Colorado, a place my family and I had grown to love during our previous two-year stay. Although I found my previous role fulfilling, I believed that the move to a new location, coupled with a promotion to a managerial position, was the right choice. My biggest stop in 2017 was to minimize the time spent on social media and this blog and to start making an effort in being present when spending time with the family.
